I’ve always loved learning and teaching seemed the best way to continue learning and to share that love with others. I’ve since fallen in love with Educational Research and bridging the gap between this world and that of Schools. I find teaching electric and engaging with policy as important and exciting. My goal is always to use research to assist students who are overlooked or under supported within our system. I dream of a time when teachers have enough time to properly collaborate with one another and to share the superb work that already occurs within our system and our schools. This would likely require much greater funding and a commitment to supporting teachers growth and trusting in their judgement and willingness to improve their own practice when allowed the opportunity.
