Creating supportive learning environments

I became a teacher because I wanted to make a positive difference to the future generation. Growing up there were key teachers in my life who played a vital role in shaping who I am and believing in me when I felt like no one else did. Everybody deserves to have someone in their life who will be their champion! I believe in creating an environment for students where they feel safe, secure and valued so that they can become all that they can be. As a leader in my school community I want to build learning environments that bring out the best in not only students, but our hard working staff and communities. It’s a privilege and honour to do what I do as an educator and leader.
