After 20 years in this profession I have seen so many changes and trends... the thing that has changed most are kids. Some amazing positive changes and some negative impacting daily classroom life. I think being able to embrace the changes which are trending in education is the only way we can keep up with these changes in our students, the impact of Design Thinking, STEAM and positive growth mindset are the only ways we can prepare our students for an ever changing work environment.
