I am a secondary English and Nutrition teacher and started my career in Central Queensland. I am passionate about teaching creativity and entrepreneurship through food technology and health subjects. I chose teaching after training in the hospitality sector where I relished in watching staff grow and evolve as successful business people and team members. I carry this enthusiasm into classrooms where I am rewarded by watching students learn, develop and succeed in their endeavours. This career is challenging, busy and chaotic at times, but worthwhile for all the joys it brings.
